Looking for a relaxed family photographer in Buckinghamshire? Below are some of the most common questions about my family, event, wedding and seasonal photography sessions across Bucks and surrounding areas.
How do I book a session?
When you are ready, simply send me a message through my Contact Form, WhatsApp, Social Media, or by Email. We'll chat about the session type you're after, choose a date, and get everything confirmed from there.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes – a small non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session. This reserves your date and time in my diary. The remaining balance is due prior to your session and will be outlined in your contract.
Where are you based?
I am based in High Wycombe and cover sessions and events across Buckinghamshire & surrounding areas.
Do you travel?
Yes! I am happy to travel beyond Buckinghamshire and across the UK if desired. Please note that additional travel fees apply to locations further away.
Family Sessions
What if my children won't sit still?
Honestly – this is completely normal and okay! My sessions are very relaxed and child-led, so there's no pressure for little ones' to sit still or smile for the camera all the time. Some of the best photos come from the chaos!
What should we wear?
Neutral, earthy and soft tones tend to photograph beautifully and keep the focus on you and your connection. Once booked, I’m always happy to help with outfit guidance if needed.
Can grandparents or extended family join?
Of course! Just let me know beforehand so we can plan the session accordingly.
Weddings & Events
Do you photograph large weddings?
I currently focus on smaller weddings, intimate ceremonies, and relaxed celebrations. I do hope to branch out into larger family celebrations in the future.
What events do you cover?
I photograph a range of events including birthday's, family celebrations, baby shower's, community events, and small business events. If you'd like to ask about a specific event, please don't hesitate to reach out via my contact form or any of my social media platforms.
Images & Editing
How long does it take to receive our gallery?
Turnaround times do vary depending on the session type and season, but typically you will receive your gallery within 1–4 weeks. Your turnaround time will be outlined upon booking and in your contract.
How many images will I receive?
This depends on your session type and whether you've chosen a specific package. You will always receive a carefully edited gallery with the best moments from your session.
Will the images be edited?
Yes – every image from your session will be carefully edited in my signature natural style.
Can we print the images ourselves?
Yes! Your final gallery includes high-resolution digital downloads that can be downloaded and printed for personal use.
Do you provide RAW images?
RAW/Unedited images will not be provided, as editing is a huge part of the service I provide and my creative process.
Seasonal Mini Sessions
Do you offer seasonal mini sessions?
Yes! I offer a variety of seasonal mini's throughout the year. including Sunflowers, Autumn, Christmas Tree Farms, Mother's Day, and Father's Day.
When do seasonal sessions get announced?
Seasonal Sessions are usually announced first on my social media, so keep an eye out there for early access and booking information. As always, feel free to pop me a message if you have any questions or would like to ask about a specific season.
Weather & Rescheduling
What happens if it rains?
If the weather is looking unsuitable for an outdoor session, we will re-arrange for another date where possible, or switch to an at-home session if preferred.
Can I reschedule my session?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate.
